vetsi is a veterinary career and recruitment platform operated in the United Kingdom ("vetsi", "we", "us", "our"). The platform connects veterinary professionals with veterinary practices through an anonymous, candidate-led discovery tool. vetsi is not a recruitment agency and does not act as an intermediary in any employment contract.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, contain false information, or are used fraudulently.
Veterinary professionals using vetsi as candidates ("Candidates") agree to the following:
You must ensure that all information in your candidate profile — including qualifications, experience, and employment history — is accurate and not misleading. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension and could have professional consequences under RCVS registration obligations.
vetsi allows you to control what information is visible to practices. You understand that by selecting "Semi-visible" or "Full profile" visibility levels, you are explicitly consenting to sharing the corresponding information with practices you have expressed interest in. Selecting "Anonymous" means only your specialty and years of experience are visible.
Expressing interest in a practice is a non-binding action. It does not create any obligation to apply for a position, accept an offer, or enter into any employment contract. You may withdraw your interest at any time by contacting us.
You agree not to use the messaging features for any purpose other than legitimate professional communication with practices. Spam, harassment, or inappropriate contact with practices may result in your account being permanently suspended.
Veterinary practices registering on vetsi ("Practices") agree to the following:
Only authorised representatives of a veterinary practice may claim that practice on vetsi. By claiming a practice, you confirm you are employed by or authorised to act on behalf of that practice. Fraudulent claims will result in immediate account termination.
Access to candidate profiles, messaging, and pipeline management features requires a paid subscription at the current rate of £99 per month (or such other rate as may apply at the time of subscription). Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Candidate information accessed through vetsi may only be used for the purpose of legitimate veterinary recruitment within your practice. You must not:
Practices agree to communicate with candidates professionally and in good faith. Any use of the platform to harass, deceive, or discriminate against candidates on protected grounds under the Equality Act 2010 will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Practices using the AI Job Advert feature are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before publishing. vetsi does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or legal compliance of AI-generated content. Published adverts must comply with all applicable employment advertising laws, including the Equality Act 2010 and the Employment Agencies Act 1973.
All users of vetsi agree not to:
vetsi includes a community discussion feature ("Vet Space") where users may post and reply anonymously. By posting in Vet Space, you agree to:
We reserve the right to remove any content from Vet Space that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to the community. Anonymous identities are pseudonymous — we retain the ability to identify users if required to do so by law.
All content, design, trademarks, and technology comprising the vetsi platform are the intellectual property of vetsi or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our express written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to vetsi (including profile information, messages, and Vet Space posts). By submitting content, you grant vetsi a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content for the purposes of operating the platform.
vetsi is a platform that facilitates connections between candidates and practices. We are not responsible for:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with vetsi shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
vetsi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the platform will meet your specific requirements.
vetsi integrates with third-party services including Supabase (data storage), Stripe (payment processing), and Anthropic's Claude API (AI job advert generation). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service providers.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of vetsi after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
